It's been a long time between blog posts and I have a lot to say, so hang on fans.
This is going to be a long off season waiting for baseball to resume in 2022. There are so many questions. How long will the owner/player collective bargaining take? Could there be a delay to the start of the 2022 season? What rule changes will be implemented or restored? Will there be a designated hitter in the National League? Sticky stuff agreement? Dead ball or juiced ball? New commissioner or does the dolt imbecile Manfred stay? Will Hal Steinbrenner spend and try to build the Yankees? Who will the YANKEES get rid of by hook or crook, deal or dump? Will the top minor leaguers be given a chance to play on the big stage if any prove themselves in spring training or continue to be held back? Will manager Aaron Boone ever say a negative about anyone who doesn't go all out? who always swings from the heals? who does not hit against the shift when it is right there in front of them? passed balls? dumb base running? constant misplays? not hitting behind runners? watching their batted balls that could be doubles or triples turn into singles because they did not run hard? and my pet peeve, failure to score runners from third base with less than two outs?
I would like to congratulate the WORLD CHAMPION Atlanta Braves for winning the 2021 World Series. The Braves are the best team in baseball and their players are the best in baseball for what they accomplished in winning the World Series. Each year, as always, only the best team and the best players win the World Series. This is irrefutable no matter what the stat frauds would like you to believe. No individual stat or combination of stats overshadows why baseball is played...it is to win games. Baseball has set rules as to how teams qualify for the playoffs, right now it is ten teams based on winning and wins. Nothing else matters. Advancement through the playoffs is based on wins and winning. Nothing else matters. The best team and players are the last one winning the final series of the season, the World Series. Nothing else matters. Do not believe the words, excuses, denials, and lies from the stat frauds. Nothing is more important than wins and winning. The following paragraphs discusses wins and winning,
It is amazing how you can define almost every game by production when it matters most. Production when it matters most wins games and winning games is the desired result you want from the players on your team. The players who are more interested in their individual stats and value them more than the team winning are the players you do not want on your team.
That is how the WIN METHOD values players. Each year players are valued on how far they help lead their team. One, the ten teams who make the playoffs. Two, how far the players lead their team into the playoffs. Third the players who reach the World Series and win the World Series.
The ten teams that reach the playoffs have reached the highest level of competition by eliminating two/thirds of the other teams. Now the best are playing only the best for a very short timeframe. That is when produce when it matters most reaches its highest level.
Each series a team is eliminated until you reach the final two teams, the best of the best.
Voila, you have the WIN METHOD, undeniably the best player evaluation tool in the world. No made up convolute man made fake and useless formulas. No exit velocity, no how far a ball is hit, no how much nor how many and individual reached. No fake ERA's. WINS is all the matters and WINS and winning is the only stat that determines the best in the game.
Why do stat frauds hate, bemoan, demean, and deny the WIN METHOD? Stat frauds live by individual statistics. Their best players are only the best based on their numbers. They do not care if their high individual stat players do not help their team make the playoff, the stat frauds just blame the other players on the team. However when the players with lesser individual stats lead their team to the playoffs and beyond and even win the World Series the stat frauds do not recognize them as the best. I guess the stat frauds players who produce most when it matters most is just dumb luck. In my opinion stat frauds and the word dumb are synonyms.
Why haven't the YANKEES made the playoffs since MR. S. passed away? There is only one answer. The answer is the person running the team, Hal Steinbrenner. There have been many opinions expressed all through the sports media and other sources regarding Hal's operating priorities, his direction, his wisdom, and more. No one knows for sure and all are just guessing. But, whatever Hal is doing, it appears it needs to change direction and it needs to change to a positive direction. In my opinion, I believe much of the problem is the analytics being used. Numbers and stat sheets do not win games, players on the field playing baseball for the team to succeed wins games.
Here is a fact for all baseball fans to think about. Since the inception of the WIN METHOD the YANKEES have had the best record in baseball. The most wins and least losses than any other team in either league despite the present owner and his decisions. His father gave him a golden goose and he is turning it into a tarnished golden goose. Time for some polish and elbow grease Hal.
So, now we watch and wait to see what the YANKEES do this hot stove season. It is up to them, nothing any fan or pundit says or thinks makes a difference. I feel I have done my part in advising on WIN METHOD players. Not everyone chosen and or signed by the YANKEES is WIN METHOD. I can do nothing about that, I do not coach nor manage nor run the team. Mr. S. was a strong and staunch believer in the WIN METHOD since its live inception. The success of the YANKEE team from the WIN METHOD inception until the death of Mr. S. was extraordinary. Hal Steinbrenner is not his father and that alone may be the biggest issue why the YANKEES haven't reached the WORLD SERIES for far too long now. Let's see what happens in 2022. We can only hope things change for the positive..
LET'S GO YANKEES

The WIN METHOD in a nutshell. The evolution of the winning run. Base hit, pinch runner, stolen base, game winning base hit.
Victor Grandozi. I agree, and have little doubt that this is another left wing ploy to distract from the total failure, incompetence, and lies from the joe-bama/commie MALADY administration. There is nothing that the scum of our nation democrats wouldn't do to hurt the American people and country.

3. Anthony Rizzo (L) 1B
4. Giancarlo Stanton (R) DH
5. Josh Donaldson (R) 3B

9. Jose Trevino (R) C
LeMahieu out. Gallo still out. Gonzalez in left field. Chance to win series tonight.
Yanks down 1-0 after 5.
Judge HR in sixth ties game. Then in the seventh, everyone produces, and the Yankees score six runs for a 7-1 lead with Blue Jays coming to bat.
Big 6 run inning for Yanks in 7th as they break a 1-1 tie to lead 7-1 after 7 innings.
Final. Yankees win 9-1. Taillon earns the win with six innings of one run ball and leaves game up 7-1. Judge and Stanton with home runs. Baseball is a crazy game, everyone in the lineup contributed tonight except Torres, who won last night's game when he accounted for all of the Yankee runs in the win. The win gives the Yankees the series win with a chance of a sweep tomorrow.
Thhhhhhhheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee Yankees win. 9-1 trouncing of the Blue Jays.
After six innings the game was 1-1. Both starters were done and it came down to a three inning bullpen game. Yankee pitchers gave up 0 runs. Blue Jay pitchers gave up 8 runs.
Cortes starts tonight for Yankees. A win would give the Yankees a sweep of the three game series and would give the Yankees four three game series sweeps in a row.
WIN METHOD fans, you know the drill. It must be said again. When a team is playing its best, they are not that good, and when a team is playing its worst, they are not that bad.
Any time you can win a series against your biggest competition it is a plus. Sweeping a series is a plus plus.
Things are going the Yankees way right now, but it can turn on a dime. Just like a hitter going 0 for 20, 1 for 27, 3 for 34. Then the turn around, 9 for 20, 12 for 27, 14 for 34.
To win the season, a team needs to have bigger ups and lower downs along with even streaks. Cory's ten game series charts are a nice guide to keep track on a consistent basis.

Gallo back. Torres out. Lets go Yankees, keep making it happen.
Yes we can. Go Yankees. Produce when it matters most. WIN METHOD baseball.
Update.....It is six months to mid-term elections. Remember to vote, vote to save America from the most corrupt administration in the history of America, the joe-bama/commie MALADY administration.
VOTE only for TRUMP SUPPORTED CONSERVATIVE REPUBLICANS OR CONSERVATIVE REPUBLICANS.
Yanks down 2-1 after 4.
Yanks down 2-1 thru seven. Cortes only went four innings and gave up two runs. King has gone the 5th 6th and 7th, nine up nine down.
Final. Yankees lose 2-1. No production when it mattered most tonight. Judge K'd with man on third and less than two outs. Yankees loaded bases in ninth but could not get a run in. Never gave up. Cortes struggled for four innings but did keep Yanks in game. Yank bullpen went four innings all perfect to give team a chance in every inning.
Toughie to lose, 2-1. We knew we had to lose some time. Off day tomorrow and then home series with Rangers for weekend. Win another series and keep moving forward.
A team doesn't lose many games when their pitching only gives up 2 runs, on the other hand, a team doesn't win many games when they only score 1 run. Oh, the conundrum of baseball.
A perfect day for a Yankee off day. The day after a 2-1 loss after a double digit win streak.
Time to think about the season's accomplishments so far, be proud, and build on what has been done starting Friday night in front of a packed Yankee Stadium home crowd. Lets go Yankees.
MAGA2022, I might add, and I find this very sad, that the people who will vote for a democrat believe what is happening in this country now and how the joe-bama/commie MALADY administration are destroying this country a good thing. Is the economy good now, how about double digit inflation, violence, murder, theft, drugs, in so many democrat run cities, the liberal garbage being taught in the school system, the mis-handled debacle in Afghanistan, the Ukraine war, our own southern border disaster created and encouraged by the present administration, where people are coming into the USA illegally and criminally. Drug addicts, drug smugglers, child trafficking, terrorists, coronavirus carrying people, murderers, rapists, robbers, pedophiles, and on and on.
If you vote for a democrat, you are responsible for, encouraging, and accepting all this and YOU are destroying America. That is a shame and shame on you all.
OK guys. You lost a game. Forget about it, win this weekend series, better yet, sweep the series. Wins are the only thing that matters and will get you to the playoffs. No players individual stat(a) is more important than the team winning.
Carla, how about the stock market under the joe-bama/commie MALADY administration? They are doing everything they can to hurt every American. They must be wiped out of every political office.
Joe Biden must have been passed through grade school. MAGA the most dangerous group in history? He must have been absent the day they discussed that the Demoncrats were so in favor of slavery they went to war with the Union to preserve it. When they lost they formed the KKK and enacted Jim Crow laws, not to mention the lynchings and church burnings. In recent history various branches of the Demoncrats, blm inc. and antifa are still burning businesses and destroying peoples lives. With their push for progressivism/fascism/communism, today’s Demoncrats are among the most dangerous groups in world history.
LibertarianKevin, one heck of a great post. Democrats are destroying America. It all started with what history may show in the future, that the terrorist sympathizer and enabler Hussein Obama is responsible for the downfall of America. He is pulling the strings of destruction as I write this. I spit in his face. By all means, people please vote and vote only for TRUMP CONSERVATIVE REPUBLICANS and or CONSERVATIVE REPUBLICS. Wipe the democrats and all other groups by other name they may be called off the political landscape. Destroy them because they are evil and trying to destroy what is good.
WOW !!! The Yankees must have on off day today. I agree with the posts I have just read wholeheartedly. Keep speaking up, because if you do not speak, people will not know the truth, and there are always two sides, but there is only one truth.
And on another topic. Lets go Yankees.
I have supported Trump from the day he came down the escalator in NY. Not being a politician he saw things clearly. Being a brilliant businessman and builder he knew what was needed to yes, MAGA. Despite being constantly lied about by the scum of America, liberals, democrats, fake news, the swamp, and et al. He did MAGA, and this country would not be in the hole, despair, and financial woe it is now suffering through because of the corrupt treasonous joe-bama/commie MALADY administration.
Yankee games Friday and Saturday in jeopardy with much rain forecast.
Rain rain go away, the Yankees want to play.
Please people, if you want to save this country, vote. Everyone, vote in your local elections and vote for conservative republicans and wipe out every democrat in every office in every town, city, state all across the 50 states.
Wipe the liberal left wing democrats out of all the school boards, council seats, judges, tax offices, dog catchers. Democrats are a cancer, the most deadly kind. Vote.
It is raining here in NY and the radar along with the forecast suggests rain all day today and well into tomorrow. Game should be canceled very early.
Tonight's game has been canceled and has been rescheduled for Sunday. Sunday will now be a doubleheader for one admission.
Rain outs are usually no big deal. However this weekends events will mean a bigger decision for manager Boone on who he starts and when. Because the Yankee do have on off day on Monday available, and more important, they have a Tuesday and Wednesday game with the Blue Jays on the schedule. Because of Thursdays off day and the Fridays rain out, plus who knows what Saturdays weather will bring, who Boone starts in each game will take some thought.
Cole and Monty are listed starters for tomorrow's double header if the games are played.
It has been pouring torrentially for most of the day with minor letups. It is supposed to rain until late tomorrow. I wouldn't think they should play a game tomorrow.
Yankees name Cole starter IF they play game today.
As expected, game rained out today. Will be made up on Monday.
As of now Monty only pitcher listed for tomorrow. Would think Cole also.
Sunday double header. It will be Cole in game one and Monty in game two.
Very light sprinkles now. Games should be played today.
Three games is two day to start three weeks with no scheduled days off. Need wins.
HAPPY MOTHER DAY to all the great mothers who comment here at WIN METHOD blog.
Todays Yankee Lineup
Gerrit Cole (R) P
1. Aaron Hicks (S) CF
2. Aaron Judge (R) RF
3. Anthony Rizzo (L) 1B
4. Giancarlo Stanton (R) DH
5. DJ LeMahieu (R) 3B
6. Joey Gallo (L) LF
7. Gleyber Torres (R) 2B
8. Marwin Gonzalez (S) SS
9. Kyle Higashioka (R) C
Donaldson and Kiner-Falefa out. Gonzalez at SS.
0-0 after 3.
Cole goes six scoreless innings, with Yankees leading 1-0, comes out to pitch the seventh and gives up a home run that ties game. Loses his chance to win game.
Hicks fails again. Men on 2nd and 3rd with one out, Hicks strikes out. The human failure is worst player on team. Hard to believe he's on team and Gardner isn't.
Torres leads off ninth with walk off home run for a 2-1 win.
Final. Yankees win 2-1. Torres HR in ninth wins it. Holmes earns the win in relief. Cole goes 6 1/3 of one run ball. Hope the second game has same result, but is easier.
Todays Yankee Lineup
Jordan Montgomery (L) P
1. Aaron Hicks (S) LF
2. Aaron Judge (R) DH
3. Anthony Rizzo (L) 1B
4. Giancarlo Stanton (R) RF

6. Gleyber Torres (R) 2B
7. Isiah Kiner-Falefa (R) SS
8. Estevan Florial (L) CF
9. Jose Trevino (R) C
LeMahieu out. Gallo out. Florial in CF. Hicks still plays? Will he contribute or continue to fail over and over?
Final. Yankees lose 4-2. King takes the loss in relief. Yankee bats resting as Stanton 2 run HR is all the Yankee runs. Rubber game of this series tomorrow.
Only a split today, but the Yankees up their lead by a half game over Jays, Rays, and sux.
Cortes starts tomorrow. Need win to keep series streak going.
Every game counts. A game such as todays determines the series winner. Winning the most series series over the season gets a team to the playoffs.
Todays Yankee Lineup
Nestor Cortes (L) P
1. DJ LeMahieu (R) 3B
2. Aaron Judge (R) CF
3. Anthony Rizzo (L) 1B
4. Giancarlo Stanton (R) RF
5. Josh Donaldson (R) DH
6. Gleyber Torres (R) 2B
7. Joey Gallo (L) LF
8. Isiah Kiner-Falefa (R) SS
9. Jose Trevino (R) C
No Hicks a big plus. Need a win to take this series.
Three innings complete. Zeroes across the board for both teams.
Cortez pitches 7 1/3 innings before giving up a hit. But leaves game with a no decision as Yankees are unable to score a run over first seven innings. 0-0 game as Yankees come to bat in eighth.
Judge single Rizzo rbi double give Yanks 1-0 lead in 8th.
Final. Yankees win 1-0. Holmes gets win. Chapman gets save. Rizzo gets games only RBI. Hero and star of the game was Cortes who single handedly gave Yanks the only chance they had to win, pitching 7 1/3 innings allowing 0 runs and 1 hit. With the hit coming in the 8th inning with one out. Yankee score just 5 runs in the three game series with the Rangers, and won the series 2 games to 1.
Louie Louie and Taillon will start the two game Blue Jay series.
Two game series with Toronto. Win game one and push them down a step.
Luis Severino (R) P

2. Aaron Judge (R) CF
3. Anthony Rizzo (L) 1B
4. Giancarlo Stanton (R) RF

6. Aaron Hicks (S) LF
7. Gleyber Torres (R) 2B
8. Isiah Kiner-Falefa (R) SS

Lets go Yankees.
Biden gave another lie filled talk today. Lie after lie after lie. He proved again he is mentally challenged, a doddering old fool, and a man bent on destroying America. What a disgrace to mankind, humanity, and to the American people. He will surely enjoy his future in hell.
Yankees trail 3-0 after five and have no hits. The bats have been dead for several games now.
Stanton three run home run ties game 3-3 in sixth.
What a nice win tonight. Judge with a three run walk-off home run in bottom of ninth for a 6-5 win. Judge HR off the leading save closer in MLB.
Final. Yankees win 6-5. After falling behind 3-0 and without a hit after five innings, the Yankees scored 3 runs in the 6th on Stanton's 3 run HR. Then after falling behind again, 5-3 after eight innings, the Yankees scored a walk off win on Judge's 3 run HR in the 9th. Peralta earned the win. Big win to take the first game of a two game series.
After tonight's come from behind win, the Yankee have a chance for a sweep of this two game series with Jays tomorrow. Taillon starts.
What a nice win last night. A double comeback. Last night's game defines the WIN METHOD so well. Producing when it counts and or matters most will determine the best teams and best players every time. Be it for a game, a series, a month, or for a season. The WIN METHOD makes the stat frauds and talking heads look like the fools they are.

6. Joey Gallo (L) LF
7. Isiah Kiner-Falefa (R) SS
8. Marwin Gonzalez (S) RF
9. Jose Trevino (R) C
Stanton out. Judge DH. Gonzalez RF. Lets do it again.
Yanks up 5-2 after 6.
Final. Yankee win 5-3. Take the two game series from Toronto. Taillon earns the win. Torres the star today with a three run home run to give Yankees a 3-1 lead and then after Jays close Yankee lead to 3-2, Torres delivers a two RBI single to increase Yankee lead to 5-2. Big produce when it matters game from Torres with five RBI's.
Ten game set log. 2022 Season
Set one 01 - 10 5 - 5 Not good. Playing .500 ball means no playoffs.
Set two 11 - 20 9 - 1 14 - 6 As good as it gets, almost perfect.
Set three 21 - 30 8 - 2 22 - 8 Another great ten game set. So far so good.
Next up, a four game series in Chicago with the White Sox. A split is hopefully the minimum, three wins is great. It isn't easy winning even number series the road.
As big a Yankee fan as I am, I never thought the Yankees would win both games. The way they are winning has been inspiring.
All hail Hank Steinbrenner and Brian Cashman for the moves and acquisitions they made this off season to build this Yankee 2022 team to make it great again. Maybe the most credit can go to the moves they did not make wasting hundreds of millions on over rated over priced stat frauds.
Yankees have named their four starters for the White Sox series. Called up from AAA, Gil will start game one, then Cole, Monty, and Cortes to close out the series.
All this time, and over and over, intelligent baseball fans, if they use their head, can see how the WIN METHOD works and how it acknowledges the best players and teams in baseball. Production when it matters most will purposely try to be mis-represented by stat frauds. They will claim it means anytime players are credited with RBI's or hit home runs. The frauds will take the stats of players and claim so and so is the best, next best, and so on down the line.
While the WIN METHOD will say a player is best based on solely on what he helps his team achieve. The same with pitchers, a starting pitcher has one of three results on his record every game he start. A win, a loss, or a no decision. A win is the goal, a no decision means he kept his team in the game and passed the baton to the relief pitchers, and a loss is what a pitcher does not want. The stat frauds do not believe in that. They like ERA, Whip, K's.
The stat frauds adore some of the biggest individual stat achievers in the game who seldom if ever help their team achieve the goal of winning, reaching the playoffs, and advancing thru the playoffs, and then win the World Series.
Webster's Dictionary has added another word ..... biden (adj) 1.brain dead, 2.piece of feces.
Deb F, the stat frauds are as brain washed as democrat voters. They are incapable of understanding the difference (for example) and RBI single in the bottom of the ninth the wins the game and a RBI single in the bottom of the eighth that increases your teams lead to 15-0.
There is a difference in value. One has consequential value and the other is meaningless.
Well, last weekends rainout days has forced the Yankees to use a sixth starter in tomorrow's game in Chicago. The Yankees have called up Luis Gil who so far this season in AAA has started five games, no wins, three losses, and two no decisions. To me that makes him an interesting choice. Could the Yankee be looking for him to maybe go all out for three innings and hopefully allow no runs?
Lets go Yankees.
As Cory said. Thirty games in the bank and so far, so good. Really nice if Gil comes up big for a few innings tonight, as long as the Yankee bats keep producing when it matters most.
Todays Yankee Lineup
Luis Gil (R) P
1. DJ LeMahieu (R) 2B
2. Aaron Judge (R) RF
3. Anthony Rizzo (L) 1B
4. Giancarlo Stanton (R) DH
5. Josh Donaldson (R) 3B
6. Aaron Hicks (S) CF
7. Joey Gallo (L) LF
8. Marwin Gonzalez (S) SS
9. Kyle Higashioka (R) C
Gonzalez at SS for Kiner-Falefa. Four lefty bats in lineup. Gil starting. Just about time for Higashioka's bat to wake up.
How about this WIN METHOD fans, I did a little research,
Best 30-game starts in NY Yankees history:
1928: 24-6 – Won WS
1939: 24-6 – Won WS
1958: 24-6 – Won WS
1998: 23-7 – Won WS
2003: 23-7 – Lost WS
1923: 22-8 – Won WS
1932: 22-8 – Won WS
1950: 22-8 – Won WS
2022: 22-8 – ???
All I can add is LET'S GO YANKEES.
I'm happy to see IKF with the day off. He looked a bit off the last couple of games. Best of all Gonzalez is in his place and not Torres who is also getting the game off.
Thanks Cory for your posts. They are inciteful and interesting.
Yanks up 5-3 after 3.
Loaisiga blows 3 run lead in 7th giving up 3 run home run. 7-7 after 7.
When it matters most. 7-7 game as Yankees come to bat in 8th. Yanks load bases with two outs.
Judge 2 rbi single. Rizzo walk reloads bases, Stanton 2 rbi single, Donaldson 3 run HR for a 7 run inning and a 14-7 lead.
Final. Yankees win 15-7. Gil goes four innings giving up four runs. Loaisiga gives up 3 run HR in 7th. Stanton 2 HR's, Judge HR, Donaldson HR. Every Yankee batter contributed except one, Hicks who went 0-5 and looked hapless. Yankees take first game of this four game series.
Winning last night's series opener was big considering Yankees used a minor league pitcher to start the game. Cole tonight. Bats were alive big time. Just keep moving forward one game at a time.
Copied and pasted from a poster at the stat fraud nyy forum.
"""""WIN - as in WIN METHOD. It’s the only stat!!
Just giving you a hard time, but agreed. Players who can help team win in one or more areas while struggling in others go are more valuable than any spreadsheet will tell you."""""
It appears the tenets and truths of the WIN METHOD are reaching the stat frauds and shinning the light of reality on stat frauds. Only wins and winning determine the best players and the best teams.
I love going there (when there site is operating LOL) and reading there posts. So much ignorance and garbage. But once in awhile the sun shines. One of the long time idiots there even posts a daily thread called "Guess the Rest" where they display their daily ignorance discussing who will not be in the lineup that day. 🤣🤣🤣🤡🤡🤡🤣🤣🤣😀
Steve(winstheonlystat}, Good post. That forum is going the way of so many others. Down the Rangoon receptacle. The moderators there are mostly responsible, they take it to the bowels and posters are not free to speak what they want. They are controlled. I always thought the mods to be like the three stooges, or dumb, dumber, and dumbest.
Heck, the bats produced when they need to last night. The pitchers gave up seven runs, but the bats won the day and game.

Rizzo out. Lets do it again. Wins, the only stat that counts.
Lets go Yankees.
Yanks up 5-0 after 2.
Yankees lead 6-1 thru four innings. Stanton 2 run HR and Judge solo HR.
Steve(winstheonlystat} & yankeeclipper, I go there every once in awhile and try to decide who is the dumbest poster over there. Most everyone, but for a few are up for the title. My pick can change on any given post, there are so many. ymike673 is consistently stupid. I think he may have an IQ disorder.
Cole winds up going 6 1/3. Allows 3 runs and leaves leading 7-3. King is in.
Yankees win 10-4 and insure at least a split in the White Sox series.
Final. Yankees win 10-4. Cole 6 1/3 innings 3 runs and earns the win. King final 2 2/3 innings 1 run. Yankee home runs in alphabetical order, Davidson, Gallo, Judge, and Stanton. All around solid game and an easy win, if there is such a thing. Maybe a better way to say it, a well earned win.
After winning first two games of this four game series, Monty starts game three as Yanks try to win the series.
Monty today and Cortes tomorrow. Lets go Yankees.
The question of the day, how many runs will the Yankees score for Monty?
The joe-bama/commie MALADY administration has done it again. Another gigantic major screw up.
This time with baby formula for newborn babies. All across America there is a drastic shortage of baby formula and many newborn baby lives are in danger. And this was done on purpose, to hurt Americans. What a disgrace this administration of the lowest scum of the scum they are. There is only one way to put an end to their destruction. Never vote for a democrat, liberal, progressive, or whatever name these scums go by, ever again. Vote only for Trump conservative republicans or conservative republicans.

Rizzo and Gallo only two lefty bats. I mentioned Higashioka bat was due to awaken when he started two days ago. He got two hits that day, then the next day off, back today to continue his awakening.
Did you know? Ninety percent of the stupidest people in this country vote for a democrat.
Yanks down 1-0 after 2.
Yanks down 2-0 after 4.
Final. Yankees lose 3-2. Monty gets no run support again. Yankee bats silenced for seven innings and trailed 2-0. Yankees eked out one run in 8th and 9th innings to tie score. Chapman comes for the 9th a blows game taking the loss. Can't win them all, but hate losing one run games. Now need win tomorrow to win series.
Cortes today. Yanks need win to take series. A road split is not bad, but a win is better.
Todays Yankee Lineup
Nestor Cortes (L) P
1. DJ LeMahieu (R) 2B
2. Aaron Judge (R) RF
3. Anthony Rizzo (L) 1B
4. Giancarlo Stanton (R) DH
5. Josh Donaldson (R) 3B
6. Joey Gallo (L) LF
7. Isiah Kiner-Falefa (R) SS
8. Jose Trevino (R) C
9. Aaron Hicks (S) CF
Lets go Yankees Take this series.
Failure to produce when it mattered most cost the Yankees the game last night. The White Sox produced when it mattered most and they won. End of story stat frauds.
Second inning. Yankees score three times on one single that didn't score a run.
Yanks up 3-0 after 4.
Yanks up 3-1 after 8.
Yankees lead 3-1 thru after 8.
Gallo two run HR in ninth makes 5-1 Yankees. Makes it easier for the closer to finish off game.
Final. Yankees win 5-1. Cortes goes eight innings allowing one run and earns the win. Holmes throws the nineth for finish off the win. Yankees only got two hits, one a Gallo two run home run. Yankees win series three games to one.
I have noticed that over the last several games Gallo has appeared much more comfortable at the plate, more selective at the pitches he is swinging at and making more contact. Just what the doctor ordered.
Yankees head to Baltimore for another four game series. Remember fans there are no scheduled off days until Monday May 30th. Only off day will have to be a rainout.
Louie Louie, Taillon, Cole, and Monty listed starters for the Oriole four game series.
Yankees scoring tidbit. In the four game White Sox series the Yankees scored 32 runs, 20 of those runs came after two men were out.
The problem with playing a good team like the Orioles, who more than likely will not make the playoffs, is teams don't keep their heads in the game, but think they will just win games by just showing up. If players and teams could be able to clear their minds and play every game and every team as if it was the seventh game of the World Series they would be better off.
Then, there is always the game(s) where for the better team, nothing goes right, and for the lesser team, everything goes right. This kind of game can pop up at any time in any series in any ballpark.
WIN METHOD has shown us the way to winning. All the skill and individual stats in the world are meaningless unless the team does not win. Not meaningless to the players who get paid for their individual stats, they get paid the most. They bring the fans to the ballpark. That is the way baseball is promoted and sold. However, that is not what wins games, as most of the highest paid players fail to lead their teams to the World Series.
Biden admin's 'failed policies on energy are not working'.
Steve(winstheonlystat), Common sense baseball is far more than just swinging the bat and trying to hit the ball as far as you can. Bunting, hitting behind runners, stolen bases, scoring a runner from third base with less than two outs, hit and run plays, and just making contact. Defense, base running, all win games when embraced by everyone on the team.
Todays Yankee Lineup
Luis Severino (R)
1. DJ LeMahieu (R) DH
2. Josh Donaldson (R) 3B
3. Anthony Rizzo (L) 1B
4. Giancarlo Stanton (R) RF
5. Gleyber Torres (R) 2B
6. Joey Gallo (L) LF
7. Isiah Kiner-Falefa (R) SS
8. Jose Trevino (R) C
9. Aaron Hicks (S) CF
Judge out. Lets get off on the right foot. Lead the way.
Yankees lead 4-1 after four innings on Trevino three run home run.
Yanks up 4-1 after 6.
Louie Louie goes six innings. One run and one hit, a solo HR. Leaves with Yanks leading 4-1.
Final. Yankees win 6-2. Louie Louie six innings one hit, a solo HR and earns the win. Stanton RBI double, Trevino 3 run HR, Donaldson and Rizzo back to back solo home runs for all the runs. Loaisiga and Green each with a shut out inning. Chapman the mop up man in 9th gives up solo home run. Good win to start this series.
No drama win tonite. Taillon starts game two tomorrow. Lets go Yankees.
One heck of a start to the 2022 Yankee baseball season.
But it must be said and can't be said often enough. The WIN METHOD fans know this already, but if you haven't heard this yet, here it is.
When you are playing your best, you are not that good, and when you are playing your worst, you are not that bad.
One win at a time, one series at a time.
Game winning production from the catcher position last night. There will be much more coming.
The black hole Gary MEATBALL Sanchez is gone. All celebrate his departure.
Catching defense is ☝️☝️☝️☝️⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️
Cashman has constructed one heck of team that is firing on all cylinders so far this season.
A distinct lack of left leaning posts(ers) here for awhile. Are they getting tired of making fools of themselves? Or are they seeing the light?
Todays Yankee Lineup
Jameson Taillon (R) P
1. DJ LeMahieu (R) 3B
2. Aaron Judge (R) CF
3. Anthony Rizzo (L) 1B
4. Giancarlo Stanton (R) RF
5. Josh Donaldson (R) DH
6. Gleyber Torres (R) 2B
7. Joey Gallo (L) LF
8. Isiah Kiner-Falefa (R) SS
9. Kyle Higashioka (R) C
Hicks out, weakest link? Keep your head in the game guys. No lets downs.
Yanks trail 3-2 after four, sloppy play so far.
Yanks up 5-3 after 7.
Final. Yankees win 5-4. Game went down to last out. Judge 4-5 with HR and 3 RBI's. LeMahieu with RBI. Fifth run scored on an error. Taillon went five innings giving up 3 runs and working hard. King pitcher 6th, 7th, and 8th, nine up nine down with 6 K's. Now the drama Chapman in for the 9th and save try. Out, out, single, single, RBI double, leaving men on 2nd and 3rd. Gets final out on popup, but a hit would have lost the game. Chapman may be a problem down the road. The win is what matters and the Yankees did win.
Cole starts tomorrows third game of the O's series and a Yankee win takes this series.
Lets take this series today.
Scoring several runs a game does help make winning easier. Michael King has been unbelievable. Three perfect innings for him last night, six strikeouts, two easy ground outs and a foul popup.
In my opinion, I believe from top to bottom, the Yankees have the best pitching staff in baseball. That alone can and likely will take the Yankee a long way forward in attaining wins.
Todays Yankee Lineup
Gerrit Cole (R) P
1. Aaron Hicks (S) CF
2. Aaron Judge (R) DH
3. Anthony Rizzo (L) 1B
4. Josh Donaldson (R) 3B
5. Gleyber Torres (R) 2B
6. Joey Gallo (L) LF
7. Isiah Kiner-Falefa (R) SS
8. Marwin Gonzalez (S) RF
9. Jose Trevino (R) C
Stanton and LeMahieu both out. Boone may be assuming a great Cole outing.
Got to say one thing for this team, everyone plays, everyone gets a chance to contribute, everyone just needs to produce when it matters most.
Yankees score first and lead 3-0 thru three.
Yanks up 3-2 after 6.
Yankees struggling but lead 3-2 after 6 innings. Yanks scored 3 runs in first on 1 rbi and 2 runs scoring on a wild pitch and an error. Bats have been quiet. O's get to 'ace' Cole in 6th scoring twice cutting Yankee lead to 3-2. It ain't over.
Final. Yankees win 3-2. Not a pretty game, but a win. And wins are all that matters. Yankees scored 3 runs in first inning, 1 on a RBI, 1 on a wild pitch, and 1 on an error. That was the entire Yankee offense for nine innings. Cole earned the win going seven innings and giving up both Oriole runs in the 6th. Holmes pitched the 8th and 9th innings, six up and six down for the save. Should get a hold also. Yankees win series and will play for a sweep tomorrow.
With tonight's win the Yankees have won another series. Ninth consecutive if I am not mistaken. Monty will start tomorrow's game as Yankees go for a four game series sweep.
The Yankees did eke out a 3-2 win last night. They did it without DJ and Stanton in the lineup. Someone doesn't play ever game. No matter, playing for the series sweep today. Four game sweeps are not easy, no matter who you are playing.
Todays Yankee Lineup
Jordan Montgomery (L) P
1. DJ LeMahieu (R) 3B
2. Aaron Judge (R) RF
3. Anthony Rizzo (L) 1B
4. Giancarlo Stanton (R) DH
5. Gleyber Torres (R) 2B
6. Aaron Hicks (S) CF
7. Isiah Kiner-Falefa (R) SS
8. Kyle Higashioka (R) C
9. Marwin Gonzalez (S) LF
As good as it gets against a good left-handed starter. Lets go Yankees. Move forward.
The joe-bama/commie MALADY administration must be destroyed, the radical left wing democrat party must be eradicated. America as a country is being ruined, the American people are dying because of the joe-bama/commie MALADY administration. If you cannot see this and accept this you are a big part of the problem. Wake up people, save America and Make America Great Again, again.
VOTE, VOTE ONLY FOR TRUMP CONSERVATIVE REPULICANS AND CONSERVATIVE REPUBLICANS. In all elections, anywhere in America and for any office, VOTE.
Hooray hooray, Yankees score two first inning runs on Stanton single and give Monty some runs to work with first time this season. Good start.
Montgomery gives runs right back, allowing two run home run in second. 2-2.
If I get a chance I will do some research on this. I think Monty's problem is he throws too many pitches and gets too few outs.
3-3 after 4.
Yankee sixth inning today. 3-3 game. A description of a WIN METHOD inning from utter failure to the greatest success when it matters most.
Single, single, walk, bases loaded no outs. Torres strikes out, not producing with a man on third and less than two outs. Hicks strikes out, not producing with a man on third and less than two outs. Kiner-Falefa two out two RBI single with two outs when it mattered most. Yankees take 5-3 lead mid sixth.
Stat frauds cannot understand this concept which is the essence of baseball.
Yanks down 6-5 after 6.
Castro gives up 3 runs in bottom of sixth putting Yanks down 6-5 after six innings.
The Yankees have to do something with Hicks. I'd rather have Gardner.
LeMahieu 2 out rbi single ties game in 9th. 6-6. You can't win every game, but the Yankees don't give up and keep trying.
Final. Yankees lose 9-6. Luetge gives up 3 run HR in 9th for the loss. Bullpen blows a 5-3 lead to lose game. Tough loss, but Yanks do take series three game to one. O's are a very competitive team.
Yankees head home and will host the White Sox for a three game weekend series.
Cortes, Louie Louie, and Taillon weekend starters for Yanks.
Cortes will be making back to back starts against the White Sox.
Randy Holt, I agree. Hicks looks completely without a clue. But not Gardner. How about someone in the organization, (Florial?) or someone else. Anything is automatically better than what Hicks is doing. DFA him?
Another series starts tonight. Yankees to keep series streak alive? Even that will come to end at some point.
It's about time the Yankees take it to Keuchel. Pound him and pound him until it hurts.
There looks like weather issues for tonight's game.
Tonights game has been rained out. Rescheduled for Sunday as a double header.
Clarke Schnidt a candidate to pitch Sunday?
JP Sears from AAA is a possibility if the Yankees want to go that route.
Dogged Orioles team takes down Rays in 13 inning little league extra innings game tonight on walk off HR. So the Orioles win consecutive games over the Yankees and the Rays on walk off home runs.
Hilary Clinton guilty of treason. Execute her now. Cleanse the planet of democrat politiicians. Vote Trump conservative republican and conservative republican.
If you vote for anyone else, you are exacerbating and taking part in the destruction of America and the American people. WAKE THE HELL UP PEOPLE. Bury the liberals, the progressives, the communists, the blm, antifa, the looney left wing radicals. Bury them all, the long the short and the tall, bury them all.
Cortes starts today in first game of three game series with White Sox because of last night's rainout. Win today is what is needed.

Cortes was so dominant against the Sox last week, I just don't like it is his turn to pitch against the same team back to back. Hope for the best.
I would love to have somebody explain to me, without lying, how they think the democrat party is doing good and what they have done good for America since the joe-bama/commie MALADY administration has taken over the government on January 20, 2020.
Jen Vitter, it will never happen. If someone tried to explain it to you, they would have to out and out lie. You and I know it and almost everyone with any intelligence knows it. There has been absolutely nothing good that has come from the joe-bama/commie MALADY administration.
Yanks up 5-0 after 2.
LeMahieu grand slam home run gives Yankees an early 5-0 lead in second.
Cortes comes out after five innings leading 6-3. One bad pitch cost him the 3 runs.
Yanks up 7-5 after 7.
Yankees have named starters for tomorrow's doubleheader. Taillon in game one and Louie Louie in game two.
Final. Yankees win 7-5. Cortes gets the win and Holmes gets a four out save. LeMahieu with the big hit, a grand slam. Yankees took an early 5-0 lead, the Sox fought back and made a game of it. However, the Yankees never trailed in the game.
It was nice to see the way they Yankees came back and added a run here and there each the Chicago scored and closed the gap on the Yankee lead.
Play two, take two tomorrow. Lets go Yankees.
Likely storms may interfere with today's games at some point. Could be a long day into night.
White Sox Tim Anderson embarrasses himself, being upset by being called "Jackie", a reference to Jackie Robinson. In my view that should be taken as a compliment. But then again, Jackie Robinson was a leader, a man with great integrity, and a player who had to play while being taunted, cursed, and discriminated. Anderson in comparison is a sniveling cry baby and not near being compared to Jackie Robinson.
Todays Yankee Lineup Game one
Jameson Taillon (R) P
1. DJ LeMahieu (R) 2B
2. Aaron Judge (R) DH
3. Anthony Rizzo (L) 1B
4. Giancarlo Stanton (R) RF
5. Josh Donaldson (R) 3B
6. Aaron Hicks (S) CF
7. Isiah Kiner-Falefa (R) SS
8. Marwin Gonzalez (S) LF
9. Jose Trevino (R)
Gallo out, someone has to be out. Judge DH.
Jackson DeWitt-Iowa, I agree. Why would anyone ever be unhappy with being associated to a great person, more so a great person in in career.
Kudos to Donaldson. To hell with anyone who whines and snivels.
Donaldson is the man, Anderson is the boy.
Lets go Yankees.
0-0 after 2.
Down 1-0 after four.
