WIN METHOD --- MID SEASON 2019 --- GREAT NEWS TWO TIMES

We are halfway thru the 2019 baseball season and the YANKEES are in first place, playing great WIN METHOD baseball while overcoming countless injuries to so many vital players, some of which who haven't played an inning so far this season.  Players have stepped up with almost everyone producing when it counts most and winning games.  We all know wins and winning are the only stats that matter.   We here laud and praise winning players and teams while the stat frauds and talking heads laud losing players for what the losers accomplish for themselves.  Then to defend their adoration of the high stat losers, the frauds blame the players teammates.   As the YANKEES enter the second half of the 2019 season the team just needs to keep winning and keep playing WIN METHOD baseball.

YANKEE management is on the prowl for an acceptable starting pitcher to sign before the July 31st deadline.  There are only a couple WIN METHOD qualified pitchers available so many of the names being thrown around will not be a Yankee.  Hopefully things will work out and the Yankees will get what they want.  It takes two parties to make a deal, unless you are foolish and overpay and wind up not getting a decent deal.

The other great news is, this morning the YANKEES  have signed a sixteen year old named Jasson Dominguez from the Dominican Republic.   All I can say is WIN METHOD, WIN METHOD, WIN METHOD.  Jasson's father is a lifelong YANKEE fan.  The YANKEES had to pay a pretty penny for Jasson.  Somewhere around a five million dollar signing bonus because he was coveted by many other MLB teams.   Jasson reminds me of Mickey Mantle.  For you younger fans here, look up what Mickey Mantle did over his career to help lead the YANKEES to great success for many seasons.  I am very pleased with this signing and hoping Jasson blooms and grows achieving greatness in helping lead the YANKEES in future years.

Thank you WIN METHOD fans for your never ending support on this blog.   You all live in reality, and you all know baseball, and you all know wins and winning determines the best players and the best teams.  As the YANKEES play these final three months of the regular season, lets all root for and support our NY YANKEES.    LETS GO YANKEES.

Wow WIN METHOD, You are usually right and if Jasson Dominquez is like Mantle he will become the best player in the game. He is a switch hitter as was Mantle.

Bad loss. Couldn't tack-on any runs and no production when it mattered was the difference. LeMahieu with his worst game of the season. Sanchez another 0-fer game and failure when it mattered. Get a win tomorrow.

Yanks23245 said...

Tonight's start by German may go a long way in determining how the Yankees proceed through July looking for a starter. Interesting that German will make his comeback start just before the all star game. If all goes well, his next start wouldn't be until the July 12th weekend after the all star game. If he is fully recovered he could be just what the Yankees need for the rest of the season. And with a fresh arm.

Lloyd Fuller said...

If German comes back the way he started the season, the Yankees don't need another pitcher. They have the rest of the month to decide.

Nick Polito said...

Yankeeforever, LeMahieu struck out twice and hit two very infield ground outs last night, plus a throwing error that contributed to the Mets 3 run inning and win.

Luke Voit is a bigger loss than many people think.

If our hitters don't produce when i matters (like last night) we will lose (like last night).

The stat frauds believe that unless a team plays their individual highest stat players they are a lesser team when they do not. Eureka, not all higher, highest stat players are the best players. The concept of producing when it counts befuddles the stat frauds. They do try to adjust their made up formulas by allowing for producing with runners in scoring position, late inning production, and other ways. But none of that works and WIN METHOD fans all know that already as it has been explained many times. The WIN METHOD is the gold standard in identifying the best players and teams in baseball.

Hey guys, don't forget Sanchez is our catcher, be that as it may. We'll need him to produce when it counts for the rest of the season.

Sarah Long said...

Hope no Yankee gets hurt during All Star break.

Cory said...

Glad Voit is not in the HR derby debacle. How about changing it up and give each contestant 10 swings and the winner in each round of elimination is the guy who hits the longest HR. So you go from 8 to 4 to 2 to the winner. So the final 2 guys only take 30 swings. No clocks and it is never over until the very last swing. Result, first 4 losers only take 10 swings. The next 2 losers take a total of 20 swings. The 2 finalists finish with 30 swings.

Ron Francis said...

Cory, that scenario may be perfect for the stat frauds. In any round a guy could go 10 for 10 HRs and all 400 feet to 440 feet and lose. If his opponent hits just 1 HR and it travels over 440 feet.

Boston/Yankee said...

How about a home run derby for players who have enough plate appearances to qualify for the batting title and have the least home runs for the season.

jimbo, solid deduction work and common sense to get your '2 best' starters to pitch in all 4 series, 3 of which are all playoff contenders.

The $64,000.00 questions, who will be the two pitchers? I would think it would be between Tanaka, Paxton, and German.

Would be wondrous to take the Rays series. Only wins can do it, all the other stats combined don't equal wins.

When Louie Louie and Betances are fully recovered and fully in form, mid September, the Yankees will go into the playoffs loaded and the Yankees will be back on top of the world.
