WIN METHOD - YANKEE BASEBALL
2025 SEASON - RACE TO THE PLAYOFFS
Perfect timing YANKEE fans. Here we are just a quarter into the 2025 season, just won a three game series from the Mets, and are leading the American League East Division by five games. A nice start to the season, and without our "ace" starter Gerrit Cole, who is out for the season after under going Tommy John surgery.
The good news from the 2024-2025 hot stove season is, no, make it great news, the YANKEES did not sign Juan Soto. 😊. The YANKEES and Brian Cashman had to go with Plan B. The result being, the YANKEES signed Max Fried, who has stepped right into the 'ace' position as starting pitcher. Signed Cory Bellinger, who has settled in as a left handed force in the lineup, as an everyday outfielder with spectacular defense. Signed Paul Goldschmidt who has been a gem offensively and defensively at first base. Allowed Jason 'Martian' Dominguez to be an everyday left fielder, who at 22 years of age, is still learning and developing as a hitter and outfielder and doing it at the Major League Baseball level.
Then there is Aaron Judge, there is nothing I can say that you all can't see for yourself, what Aaron Judge brings to this team and MLB baseball, both on and off the field, his character and his integrity. A true Most Valuable Player.
In other good news, the YANKEES have just had DJ LeMahieu return to the lineup after suffering several odd injuries which have kept DJ on the disabled list (DL), more on than off for over a year. Initial results, albeit just a few games have been positive. The on-going development of Will Warren, a young starting pitcher who has pitched his way onto the rotation and seems to be improving with each start, building confidence and acumen. Luis Gil, who suffered a high-grade lat strain in late February at spring training camp is on the mend, and we may see him join the starting rotation in late June. Jonathan Loaisiga has returned to the bullpen relief staff after a year on the disabled list with major elbow surgery. He has made three appearances so far, and has looked very dominant.
YANKEE youngsters, first baseman/catcher Ben Rice, and catcher Austin Wells are still blooming and growing, getting regular playing time at the MLB level while contributing to YANKEE wins. A sad note, Oswaldo Cabrera who had won the starting third base position, broke his ankle at home plate this past week, scoring a run. He will be out for at least three months, but should be back by September.
Once more, thank you WIN METHOD baseball fans. This blog will break two billion two hundred million views in a couple of weeks. That will happen because of your unwavering belief, viewership, and comments on this blog. You are the most knowledgeable and intelligent baseball fans in the world. You all know how to judge baseball talent using the WIN METHOD philosophy of producing when it counts and matters the most.
Let's all enjoy this season, the run to the playoffs, and beyond. The best is yet to come. LETS GO YANKEES, LETS GO.

Rain delay top of 5th Mariner's runners on 1st and 3rd, two outs, 3-1 count on batter. Looks like it be an hour. 8:15 now.
Yankee sixth, Judge bullet single to center. Bellinger single to right. Stanton 3 run HR for a 4-0 lead.
Yankee bats explode, everyone is hitting, 1 in 5th, 5 in 6th, 4 in 7th for 10-0 lead,
Hartlieb in for the 8th gives up 3 runs to the first three batters before getting an out. Hamilton now end to end this nonsense. Does the job, inning over, Yanks up 10-3.
Theeeeeeeeeeeeeee Yankeeeeeeeeeeeeees Winnnnnnnnnnn, 10-3.
Final. Yanks win 10-3, take first game of series. Judge and Wells home runs. Warren with the win going 5 2/3 scoreless innings for a better start than MLB six innings and 3 runs.

Seven lefthanded bats for the Yankees. Stroman and the Yankee lineup need to produce when it matters most to win this game.
One inning done, Yanks 0-3 when it mattered most. 0-0
Yanks down 1-0 after 3.
Yankees trail 2-0 thru four. Stroman failed when it mattered most twice allowing 2 two out rbi singles. Yankees offense, first two batters of game walked then 12 consecutive outs. 0- 3 when it mattered most in first inning.
Thru six innings, the Yankees do not have a hit and are down 2-0.
Yankees come to bat in eighth inning, have no hits, and are down 5-0. Score 3 runs in 8th, and then score 2 runs in 9th for a 5-5 tie. On to extra innings. Come on guys pull it out.
Theeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee Yankeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeees Winnnnnnnnn, 6-5 in tenth.
Miracle in the Bronx. From down 5-0 and no hits thru seven innings, the Yankees do it 3-2-1, scoring 3 times in the 8th, 2 times in the 9th and 1 time in the 10th for the win. Oh so many guys producing when it mattered most for the win. Williams gets the win, pitching a 1,2,3 tenth stranding the fraud ghost runner.
Yankees win 6-5 in ten innings in one of their best comeback wins of the season.
What a come from behind win. The YANKEES down 5-0 and not a hit in the game come to life and so many players hit the WIN METHOD button and produce when it mattered most, to score 3 runs in 8th, 2 runs in 9th, and 1 in 10th for a 6-5 WIN. Baseball, the worlds greatest game, played seven months a year, six games a week. No other sport even comes close.
One heck of a comeback win by the Yankees tonight. I never gave up, and the Yankees came through for the win.
If the season ended today all 3 wildcards would come out of the AL east.
Who saw us pulling out a sweep with Warren, Schlittler and Stroman as the three starters?
The Chicago Cubs visit Yankee Stadium this weekend for the final series before the All Star game. Yankee pitchers listed to start series are Rodon, Fried, and Warren.
