WIN METHOD - YANKEE BASEBALL HOT STOVE 2024 - 2025
The 2024 season has concluded, not in the way YANKEE fans were looking for. Playing the 162-game regular season and making the playoffs was really good. Winning two playoff series against two of the best teams in baseball and earning the right to be one of only two teams in the World Series was great. Losing the World Series, even maybe the way the YANKEES lost the World Series was a big letdown, and a sad way to end the 2024 season. Bad things can happen at bad times, and vice versa, it is part of baseball.
The 2024 season is now part of the past. We are now between seasons, and the hot stove is lit, as the stove is warming up. There are some big names in free agency who teams will be wooing and bidding on. None bigger than Juan Soto.
The YANKEES will do everything they can to keep Soto in pinstripes and teamed with Aaron Judge, keeping intact the most formidable one-two offensive punch in baseball. The YANKEES will also be in the market, either through free agency, trade, or from their minor league system a first baseman, second baseman, third baseman, starting pitcher, high pressure relief pitcher, and an outfielder.
From the horse's mouth, the YANKEES will be all in on reaching and winning the World Series in 2025. It's up to the YANKEE brass to put the pieces in place to make it happen, and then for the pieces to make happen on the field. Watch for a couple of internal options this season. WIN METHOD baseball will be the battle cry. Hal Steinbrenner and company will do their best; however, it always takes two parties to make a deal happen.
