We are halfway thru the 2019 baseball season and the YANKEES are in first place, playing great WIN METHOD baseball while overcoming countless injuries to so many vital players, some of which who haven't played an inning so far this season. Players have stepped up with almost everyone producing when it counts most and winning games. We all know wins and winning are the only stats that matter. We here laud and praise winning players and teams while the stat frauds and talking heads laud losing players for what the losers accomplish for themselves. Then to defend their adoration of the high stat losers, the frauds blame the players teammates. As the YANKEES enter the second half of the 2019 season the team just needs to keep winning and keep playing WIN METHOD baseball.
YANKEE management is on the prowl for an acceptable starting pitcher to sign before the July 31st deadline. There are only a couple WIN METHOD qualified pitchers available so many of the names being thrown around will not be a Yankee. Hopefully things will work out and the Yankees will get what they want. It takes two parties to make a deal, unless you are foolish and overpay and wind up not getting a decent deal.
The other great news is, this morning the YANKEES have signed a sixteen year old named Jasson Dominguez from the Dominican Republic. All I can say is WIN METHOD, WIN METHOD, WIN METHOD. Jasson's father is a lifelong YANKEE fan. The YANKEES had to pay a pretty penny for Jasson. Somewhere around a five million dollar signing bonus because he was coveted by many other MLB teams. Jasson reminds me of Mickey Mantle. For you younger fans here, look up what Mickey Mantle did over his career to help lead the YANKEES to great success for many seasons. I am very pleased with this signing and hoping Jasson blooms and grows achieving greatness in helping lead the YANKEES in future years.
Thank you WIN METHOD fans for your never ending support on this blog. You all live in reality, and you all know baseball, and you all know wins and winning determines the best players and the best teams. As the YANKEES play these final three months of the regular season, lets all root for and support our NY YANKEES. LETS GO YANKEES.
Lets go Yankees. Love ya, WIN METHOD.
ReplyDeleteWow WIN METHOD, You are usually right and if Jasson Dominquez is like Mantle he will become the best player in the game. He is a switch hitter as was Mantle.
ReplyDeleteThank you WIN METHOD.
ReplyDeleteVoit put on the 10 day DL. Adams back to AAA. Cortes and Ford called up from AAA.
ReplyDeleteVoit on the DL. Why not. I guess he was next man up.
ReplyDeleteThe Yankees are trying to win now and building for the future at the same time.
ReplyDeleteI hate AAAA baseball and their no designated hitter rule. What a joke league.

No DH. Paxton needs to produce. Lets go Yankees.
The best Yankee/baseball blog I have ever come across. There isn't even a close second.
ReplyDeleteLets go Yankees, no let downs or jet lag.
ReplyDeleteYankees score first with 2 in the second.
ReplyDeleteYanks up 2-0 after 2.
ReplyDeleteGerman to start tomorrow nights game. Would be great if he comes back the way he started the season.
ReplyDeleteYanks up 2-1 afer 6.
ReplyDeleteOttavino fails giving up 3 runs in 8th putting Yankees down 4-2 after 8.
ReplyDeleteFinal. Yankees lose 4-2. Billygoat, Ottavino.
ReplyDeleteBad loss. Couldn't tack-on any runs and no production when it mattered was the difference. LeMahieu with his worst game of the season. Sanchez another 0-fer game and failure when it mattered. Get a win tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteTonight's start by German may go a long way in determining how the Yankees proceed through July looking for a starter. Interesting that German will make his comeback start just before the all star game. If all goes well, his next start wouldn't be until the July 12th weekend after the all star game. If he is fully recovered he could be just what the Yankees need for the rest of the season. And with a fresh arm.
ReplyDeleteIf German comes back the way he started the season, the Yankees don't need another pitcher. They have the rest of the month to decide.
ReplyDeleteYankeeforever, LeMahieu struck out twice and hit two very infield ground outs last night, plus a throwing error that contributed to the Mets 3 run inning and win.
ReplyDeleteLuke Voit is a bigger loss than many people think.
ReplyDeleteIf our hitters don't produce when i matters (like last night) we will lose (like last night).
ReplyDeleteSomeone essentially help to make critically articles I'd state.

Happy fourth of July everyone. God Bless America. Lets go Yankees.

ReplyDeleteYankees leading 2-1 after 5. Bats silent again so far.
ReplyDeleteDidi and Urshela back to back HRs give Yankees 4-1 lead in 6th.
ReplyDeleteYanks up 4-1 after 6.
ReplyDeleteGerman comes back strong and sharp. Goes six innings allowing one run, a HR on his first pitch of the game. Leaves leading 5-1.
ReplyDeleteYankees head to Tampa for a 4 game holiday weekend series. Happ, Tanaka, CC, and Paxton listed to start for Yankees.
ReplyDeleteFinal. Yankees win 5-1. German with a six inning gem. Green 2 and Cortes 1, throw the last 3 scoreless inning. Urshela put on a defensive clinic at third base tonight that was astounding. If German is back to form Yankees don't really need to go after another teams starter dump.
ReplyDeleteHave a grand July 4, 2019 everyone. God bless America, and God bless President Donald Trump.
ReplyDeleteHappy 4th. Lets go Yankees.
ReplyDeleteHope the Yankees lineup sets off some fireworks in Tampa today. Happy 4th fans.

Boone gets five left handed bats into the lineup. Judge out, Ford at first base.
The Rays starter has always pitched well against us. A little lineup shakeup may change the dynamics.
ReplyDeleteLet's win the series opener. It's the fourth, explode guys, explode.
ReplyDeleteNice to see Ford getting the start. Maybe this time around he will get some balls to fall for hits. Like maybe a HR.
ReplyDeleteYes we can, go Yankees.
ReplyDeleteChapman fails when i mattered and blows 3-1 Yankee lead in 9h allowing 2 runs and sending game into extra innings.
ReplyDeleteYanks get 5 in 10th for 8-3 lead. Waited till dark for the fireworks.
ReplyDeleteFinal. Yankees win in ten 8-4. Happ with a solid 5 1/3 innings allowing just one run.
ReplyDeleteGood win tonight. One downer was Chapman. But no one is perfect and we still won. That is what the WIN METHOD is all about. WINS AND WINNING.
ReplyDeleteEvery weekend i used to pay a visit this site, because i wish

Tanaka's turn tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteGreat win las night after almost giving the game away. Do it again.
ReplyDeleteHope all had a grand Independence Day yesterday. No cookouts and no fireworks canceled. The Yankees won. We celebrated our country's heritage and our freedom.
ReplyDeleteTanaka on really long rest since he didn't finish the first inning in London. Bounce back start. Will the Yankees hit the Yankees hit the rookie making his second MLB start?

Boone has made my day. The stat frauds will go berserk. Hicks out and Sanchez out.
Guy Padikian, you nailed it. The frauds are whining and crying.
ReplyDeleteLets go Yankees, everyone contributes, something the stat frauds are unable to understand.
ReplyDeleteYanks up 1-0 after 2.
ReplyDelete1-1 after 4.
ReplyDeleteTauchman buries the ignorant know nothing stat frauds with a when it counts bases loaded 2 RBI single putting Yanks up 3-1 in 5th.
ReplyDeleteYanks go down 4-3 after seven.
ReplyDeleteHicks HR ties it at 4 after eight.
ReplyDeleteExtra innings again, tied at four.
ReplyDeleteJudge solo HR and then Gardner 3 run HR in 11th give Yanks 8-4 lead.
ReplyDeleteFinal. Yankees win 8-4. Stat frauds distraught with Boone outwitting them on a daily basis.
ReplyDeleteThe stat frauds believe that unless a team plays their individual highest stat players they are a lesser team when they do not. Eureka, not all higher, highest stat players are the best players. The concept of producing when it counts befuddles the stat frauds. They do try to adjust their made up formulas by allowing for producing with runners in scoring position, late inning production, and other ways. But none of that works and WIN METHOD fans all know that already as it has been explained many times. The WIN METHOD is the gold standard in identifying the best players and teams in baseball.
ReplyDeleteI am no longer certain the place you're getting your information, however good topic.
ReplyDeleteI must spend a while studying more or figuring out more.
Thank you for great info I used to be looking for this information for my
mission.
CC goes today in 4PM start.
ReplyDeleteLets go Yankees.
ReplyDeleteThank goodness this WIN METHOD blog has a minimum of stat frauds that pop up every once and awhile. A few have been acceptable to debate with, and others have been totally devoid of common sense and reality.
ReplyDeleteBIGTIMEYANKEE...Common sense and reality is what the WIN METHOD is all about. No fake formulas, no fake drafts or teams, just everyday win or lose baseball.

Didi game off. Can we take Snell again? He is do to pitch well against us one of these games.
Gardner has been a lifesaver again his season. Timely when i counts hitting, great defense, and solid intelligent base running. One of the few Yankees that has been able to play everyday.
ReplyDeleteA win can take this series today. Lets go Yankees.
ReplyDeleteGardner again. Solo home run in second inning scores games first run.
ReplyDelete1-1 thru four. Yanks hitting with a little bad luck.
ReplyDeleteBases loaded one out in 5th and Judge pops up. Hicks dribbles back to the pitcher for 3rd out. Wasted chances when it mattered.
ReplyDeleteYankees eke out a run in 7th, but CC with 2 out in the bottom of the 7th gives up a single and then a 2 run HR and Yanks down 3-2 after 7. CC pitched a very good game, but the Yankees need to come back to win.
ReplyDeleteHicks HR in 9th ties game at 3. Then Sanchez K's for the 4th time in game. He has a collection of golden sombreros.
ReplyDeleteFinal. Yankees lose 4-3 as Green gives up HR with 2 outs in the 9th. Really tough loss. Failed to produce when it mattered makes for losses.
ReplyDeletePaxton tomorrow to win series. Hope Romine catches, it is frustrating seeing Sanchez flail away trying to hit tape measure home runs.
ReplyDeleteI believe several posters called the events of today's game to a T before it started.
ReplyDeleteA win tomorrow and winning series 3 games to 1 would be perfect before heading for R and R for 4 days.
ReplyDeleteGreetings WIN METHOD fans. So fine to have found this blog. Love the content on baseball and the Yankees. Will follow.

Cry and complain stat frauds. LeMahieu and Torres out.
Everyone plays and everyone contributes.
ReplyDeleteCome on guys, yes you can. Win.
ReplyDeletePut up a bunch of runs and win.
ReplyDeletePaxton gives up 2 in the 1st putting Yankees in hole 2-0 after one.
ReplyDeleteFailure again. 1st and 3rd no outs, Yankees don't score. Failures when it mattered cost yesterday's game.
ReplyDeleteYankees trailing 2-1 after five.
ReplyDeleteYanks down 2-1 thru 6. Now lets score runs, win this game, and go on break with a high.
ReplyDeletePaxton with a big game. 2 first inning runs and then nothing else. Leaves down 2-1 after six.
ReplyDeleteFinal. Yankees lose 2-1. Failure for a second game when it mattered most makes for losses. Sanchez did get to pinch hit in ninth, and yes he struck out flailing like a mad man trying to hit 450 foot home runs.
ReplyDeleteWe cleared a week off the schedule and we held the second place team at bay spitting the four game series with the Rays. Now rest and come back strong to finish out the season.
ReplyDeleteWhen Yankee return after break we play 10 straight home games. 3 with Toronto, 4 with Tampa, and 3 with Colorado. Then hit the road for 3 at Minnesota and 4 with Boston before having and off day. 17 consecutive games. Better be ready guys! Nobody is giving us anything and nobody is giving up.
ReplyDeleteBoone can reset the starting rotation any way he wants after the break. So can everyone else.
ReplyDeleteDeivi Garcia has been promoted to AAA Scranton by the Yankees. Garcia started baseballs futures game yesterday, worked one inning striking out one batter and getting the other two on popups. Threw 14 pitches of which 10 were strikes.
ReplyDeletebigbadwolf, Garcia is blooming and growing quickly. Don't push him to fast is my opinion.
ReplyDeleteCoryankee, I agree, no one is giving up.
Will 'meatball' strikeout at the all-star game trying to hit the longest home run?
ReplyDeleteI'd love to see Cora bat Sanchez in the 8 or 9 hole.
ReplyDeleteHey guys, don't forget Sanchez is our catcher, be that as it may. We'll need him to produce when it counts for the rest of the season.
ReplyDeleteHope no Yankee gets hurt during All Star break.
ReplyDeleteGlad Voit is not in the HR derby debacle. How about changing it up and give each contestant 10 swings and the winner in each round of elimination is the guy who hits the longest HR. So you go from 8 to 4 to 2 to the winner. So the final 2 guys only take 30 swings. No clocks and it is never over until the very last swing. Result, first 4 losers only take 10 swings. The next 2 losers take a total of 20 swings. The 2 finalists finish with 30 swings.
ReplyDeleteCory, that scenario may be perfect for the stat frauds. In any round a guy could go 10 for 10 HRs and all 400 feet to 440 feet and lose. If his opponent hits just 1 HR and it travels over 440 feet.
ReplyDeleteHow about a home run derby for players who have enough plate appearances to qualify for the batting title and have the least home runs for the season.
ReplyDeleteGuys, the powers that be added a time bonus for anyone who hits 2 440 HRS for this derby.
ReplyDeleteBoston/Yankee, I like your idea.
ReplyDeleteGreat article, just what I wanted to find.
ReplyDeleteAll Star game tonight. A game that means nothing and is an exhibition.
ReplyDeleteWe will be getting back to real baseball soon enough. And we need to be ready to rumble.
ReplyDeleteIf the Yankees play .600 ball the rest of the season, they will win the division.
ReplyDelete.600 ball with 74 games to play. 44-30 or so.
ReplyDeleteCC throwing first pitch at All-Star game today.
ReplyDeleteSabathia is retiring in style. Good for him.
ReplyDeleteGary 'meatball' Sanchez batting seventh. At least he is in the bottom third and doesn't get in the way of the quality hitters.
ReplyDeleteHo hum, the superior American League defeated the inferior AAAA national league for the seventh straight game in last nights All Star game.
ReplyDeleteTwo more off days and back to the drawing board on Friday.
ReplyDelete17 straight games, 4 each with the Rays and sux. Lets see how Boone sets the rotation. Whoever starts Friday and Saturday against the Blue Jays will be able to start Wednesday and Thursday against the Rays. Then start Monday and Tuesday against the Twins, and finally go again Saturday and Sunday against the sux. Barring any rainouts.
ReplyDeletejimbo, solid deduction work and common sense to get your '2 best' starters to pitch in all 4 series, 3 of which are all playoff contenders.
ReplyDeleteThe $64,000.00 questions, who will be the two pitchers? I would think it would be between Tanaka, Paxton, and German.
ReplyDeleteOn any given day any of the Yankee starters can be dominant and lights out. If the lineup produces when it counts it won't make much difference who starts when.
ReplyDeletePutting everything in perspective, lets go Yankees.
ReplyDeleteTony Manchu, The Yankees are sitting on 57 wins now, and if they play .600 ball they wind up with 101 wins give or take. I don't see either Tampa or Boston doing better than that. The Yanks have to just come out and take care of business starting Friday.
ReplyDeleteAgree, if the Yankees do what they have been doing, they win the division. Produce when it counts and win. No other real stat or fake stat or made up make believe formula comes close to wins.
ReplyDeleteGood news re Voit. He has been going full bore in Tampa running and swinging the bat during the break. He is a gigantic asset when in the lineup, second only to LeMahieu.
ReplyDeleteWe should face Strohman his weekend. Would be nice to pound him and win.
ReplyDeleteStroman will be trying to impress.
ReplyDeleteSo what, pound him and beat him.
ReplyDeleteOutstanding post it is without doubt. My friend has been searching for this
ReplyDeleteupdate.
The independent Atlantic League used a "robotic umpire" in their All Star game last night. The article explains: https://centurylink.net/news/read/article/the_associated_press-robot_umpires_debut_in_independent_atlantic_league-ap/category/sports
ReplyDeleteYankeeBob, Interesting article. Many issues to deal with.
ReplyDeleteI liked when the radar called a strike on a pitch that bounced in front of the plate and bounced up thru the strike zone.
ReplyDeleteGerman, Happ, and Tanaka named for the weekend series with the Blue Jays.
ReplyDeleteInteresting that Happ is second of the five. I bet it has to do with velocity, stuff, and right/left.
ReplyDeleteWe ride with Boone. There is only one chief and many indians. Boone is the chief. He is the leader.
ReplyDeleteMickey Littlebear, Very nice. And true.
ReplyDeleteWe play for the sweep. Everybody contributes for every win.
ReplyDeleteThe rotation for the four game Rays series would have three left handers and German starting for the Yankees.
ReplyDeleteIt looks to me as if Boone is trying to negate the Rays lefty bats in the Stadium.
ReplyDeleteAs the season continues tomorrow, LETS GO YANKEES.
ReplyDeleteSome genuinely nice stuff on this internet site,
ReplyDeleteI it.
German can get us off on the right foot tonight and set the tone for the rest of the season.
ReplyDeleteBoone is smarter and wiser regarding baseball than any stat fraud. Boone wins so the stat frauds dislike him.
ReplyDeleteReal baseball is back. Lets go Yankees.
ReplyDeleteOlga Kobel, Boone knows what he is doing, and he's doing it while winning. Stat frauds are known losers and would rather have a .500 pitcher with a 2.75 ERA over a .625 pitcher with a 4.05 ERA. Enough said.

ReplyDelete0-0 after 2.
ReplyDelete0-0 after 4.
ReplyDeleteGerman has been brilliant thru five. Gave up a single to the leadoff batter in the first and has then gotten 15 straight outs.
ReplyDeleteYankees score first putting up a nice crooked number in the fifth for a 4-0 lead.
ReplyDeleteYanks get 4 in 5th, 3 on an Encarnacion bases loaded triple.
ReplyDeleteYanks up 4-0 after 6.
ReplyDeleteFinal. Yankees win 4-0. German dominating over six innings. Encarnacion with the big hit. Gardner the catalyst. Kahnle one inning and Green two innings of shutout relief.

ReplyDeleteNo score after three innings.
ReplyDeleteFive innings, no score as Yankees have come up empty when it mattered. Encarnacion once and Sanchez twice.
ReplyDeleteYankees down 2-0 after 6.
ReplyDeleteYankee bats non-existent so far. Down 2-0 after 8. One more chance.
ReplyDeleteYankees fall one run short in 9th losing 2-1.
ReplyDeleteFinal. Yankees lose 2-1. Tough loss, Happ great again, Ottavino fails, lineup failed too many times when it mattered.
ReplyDeleteRubber game tomorrow. Tanaka for the series win try.
ReplyDeleteThe 2019 season in ten game segments.
ReplyDeleteGames:
01- 10 ...... 5 - 5
11- 20 ...... 5 - 5 = 10-10
21- 30 ...... 7 - 3 = 17-13
31- 40 ...... 7 - 3 = 24-16
41- 50 ...... 9 - 1 = 33-17
51- 60 ...... 5 - 5 = 38-22
61- 70 ...... 5 - 5 = 43-27
71- 80 ...... 9 - 1 = 52-28
81- 90 ...... 6 - 4 = 58-32
Could've should've been a better segment, but .600 ball makes the playoffs. Still a long way to go. Need to keep winning.
Toronto won on a ground out that moved runners from 1st and 2nd to 2nd and 3rd and a bloop single when it mattered. Toronto was the better team today. That is the WIN METHOD.
ReplyDeleteStroman will be on display as a trade piece for some team.
ReplyDeleteWe need to win tomorrow. Really don't want to host the Rays for four games right after losing a series we should win.
ReplyDeleteTwo games back from break and not producing but for one inning yesterday.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely believe that which you said. Your favorite
ReplyDeletejustification seemed to be on the internet the easiest thing to be aware of.

effect , people could take a signal. Will likely be back to get more.
Thanks
The Yankees pitchers have allowed 2 runs over 18 innings to the Blue Jays and are 1-1. .500 ball does not make the playoffs. ERA's don't determine the best, wins and losses do.

Sanchez and Hicks out. Defense raised. Need to produce when it counts.
Lets go guys. Limit the missteps.
ReplyDeleteUrshela 2 RBI single when it counts for a 2-0 lead after two innings.
ReplyDeleteYanks up 2-0 after 2.
ReplyDeleteTorres is playing brain dead today. Two errors put have put men in scoring position that Tanaka has had to pitch out of. He tried a delayed steal and was make a fool of when thrown out by 20 feet. And as he scored a run, Voit had his arms up letting him know he did not have to slide, but he slid anyways.
ReplyDeleteSome good news. Both Betances and Louie Louie have been given the OK to start throwing. If all goes well and no setbacks, each could be a force in September.
ReplyDeleteYanks up 3-2 after 6.
ReplyDeleteTauchman with a big solo HR in 7th giving Yankees 4-2 lead.
ReplyDeleteFinal. Yankees win 4-2. Tanaka gets a win. Chapman gets a save. The Yankees win the Blue Jay series 2 games to 1.
ReplyDeleteFour night games with the Rays M,T,W,H, at home. Paxton, CC, German, Happ. Take care of business guys.
ReplyDeleteWhat wins mean.....they only way the Yankees cannot win the division is if they lose more games than the competition at a rate where they finish behind them. As of now winning the division is solely in the hands of the Yankees. They win enough games and it is impossible for them to not win the division.
ReplyDeleteWould be wondrous to take the Rays series. Only wins can do it, all the other stats combined don't equal wins.
ReplyDeleteYes, we are alive, baseball is back. No clocks. No uniform fields. The greatest game.
ReplyDeleteYankee bats do for an outbreak. Perfect time this week.
ReplyDeleteLets go Yankees. Don't open any doors. Paxton, CC, German, Happ = sweeeeeeeeeeep.
ReplyDeleteDeivi is making his first AAA start tonight.
ReplyDeleteShow them what you've got Deivi. There is only one more step after AAA. Bloom and grow, produce, and your time will come.
ReplyDeleteWhen Louie Louie and Betances are fully recovered and fully in form, mid September, the Yankees will go into the playoffs loaded and the Yankees will be back on top of the world.
ReplyDeleteAs usual let's win game one of this series.
ReplyDeleteIf Paxton is vintage Paxton tonight the Yankees should rock and roll to a win.
ReplyDelete
